Cosmetic Surgery is an operational approach for changing the exterior. It beautifies or restructures the flaw of the body of the person and builds their confidence. In the year 2006, there were 11.5 million such surgeries which also had mistakes and deaths. Cosmetic Surgeries include plastic surgery, surgery of eyelids, breast implant, hair replacement and many more. Cosmetic Surgery malpractice is widespread due to unprepared tools or less experienced doctors, nurses and so on. Such carelessness is a crime.

A woman has filed a suit against a doctor due to a surgical mistake in Breast reduction surgery where the doctor operated on a wrong breast giving her emotional harm. The woman had taken up the surgery to reduce her long time back pain and shoulder pain, but still continues to suffer physically and mentally.

Many people have complained that they have been injured by a product Botox. The company Allergan asserts that the product is safe. The FDA has been constantly watching the manufacturers and sometimes even the doctors are under scrutiny for recommending the product.

A 56 year old woman died of cardiac arrest due to overdose of anesthesia during a face lift surgery. Another woman suffered brain damage after the face lift surgery and was compensated $7million.

In another case where a woman lost her feet and fingers after her tummy tuck surgery due to carelessness by the hospital staffs was compensated $30,000,000. Similarly, another woman died after having two cosmetic surgeries. The doctor had been earlier arrested twice for alcohol related crimes.
